Actions Taken:

1. G. Gladstone updated the cost estimates for the reconstruction of the Community Center, now at $8,976,835.

2. B. Puritz updated the Committee on the Wilber Municipal Building cost estimates.

Votes Taken:

1. MOVED by W. Heitin, and duly seconded, that the minutes of the October 17, 2005 meeting be accepted. VOTED in the affirmative (5-0-2).

2. MOVED by W. Heitin, and duly seconded, that the Committee support the Community Center reconstruction proposal. VOTED in the affirmative (7-0-0).
